Telecaller Study and Work Visa Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and handle incoming inquiries regarding study and work visa programs.

• Counsel students and working professionals on eligibility, available countries, courses, universities, visa processes, and job opportunities abroad.

• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure conversions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of conversations and follow-ups in CRM.

• Achieve monthly targets for calls, counselling sessions, and enrollments.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospective clients.

• Stay updated with the latest visa rules, university requirements, and country-specific immigration guidelines.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales/counselling (preferably in overseas education or immigration sector).

• Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.

• Goal-oriented with a strong sales attitude.

• Knowledge of study/work visa processes for countries like Canada, UK, Australia, etc. will be an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
