Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Exhibition & Events

Location: Gurgaon
Experience Required: 4 years (preferably in events, exhibitions, or service industry)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Exhibition & Events team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, generating leads, setting up meetings for the sales team, and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database or through research.
  • Explain the company’s exhibition and event-related services.
  • Generate and qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain call logs and update daily reports.
  • Follow up on previous calls, share event details, and answer client queries.
  • Ability send in Company Profile to the interested Client.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Assist in managing pre-event outreach and post-event feedback calls.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, operations) for seamless execution.
  • Maintain and update the CRM/database regularly.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Pleasant and persuasive telephone manners.
  • Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of exhibitions, events, or B2B industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Presentation and daily reporting.

Performance Metrics:

  • Number of calls made per day/week
  • Quality of leads generated
  • Conversion to meetings or sales appointments
  • Data accuracy and reporting
  • Client feedback and satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or any related field.
  • Prior experience in tele calling/telemarketing roles in exhibitions, events, or service industries.
