Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated female Tele caller to be a part of our team in Nashik. Your primary responsibilities will include effectively handling inbound and outbound calls, providing detailed information about courses and admissions, and addressing any queries from students and parents. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional communication skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage telephonic inquiries efficiently. As a Tele caller, you will be required to engage with potential leads, maintain a comprehensive database, and guide individuals through the admission process. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (both verbal and written) is essential for effective communication. Additionally, basic computer skills including knowledge of MS Office, Email, and Data Entry are required. The ideal candidate should be a graduate from any stream, with a maximum age limit of 25 years. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply for this full-time position located at Patil Plaza, Canada Corner, Nashik.
