As a Tele caller at our company located in Nashik, you will play a crucial role in handling inbound and outbound calls professionally. Your primary responsibilities will include providing information about courses, admissions, and other inquiries to potential leads. Additionally, you will be tasked with assisting students/parents with queries and guiding them through the admission process. It will be essential for you to maintain records and update call logs regularly to ensure smooth operations.
