Tele Caller Executive(Female prferred)

We’re looking for an energetic and confident Tele Caller with experience in sales and customer service, particularly in handling retail and insurance-based calls. The ideal candidate is persuasive, customer-focused, and fluent in Bengali & Hindi.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• · Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote products and services.
• · Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• · Manage lead follow-ups, maintain call records, and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team.
• · Provide post-sales support and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• · Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Preferred candidate's profile:

• · 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (experience in retail or insurance sectors preferred).
• · Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
• · Confident, target-driven, and customer-oriented attitude.
• · Basic computer knowledge and comfort using CRM tools or call tracking systems.
• We are preferably seeking local candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,572.88 - ₹12,525.58 per month
