Key Responsibilities : 1. Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints. 2. Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, or gathering leads for the sales team. 3. Providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records and reports. 5. Maintaining daily call records. 6. Submitting daily progress report. Requirements: 1. The ability to effectively communicate, build rapport, and persuade customers. 2. Ability to address customer issues and find solutions. 3. Handling multiple tasks and managing time effectively. 4. Ability to use computer applications for data entry and record keeping 5. Graduate Candidate having 0-1 yrs of experience. * Female Candidate Only.
