1. Store Operations: Manage daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
2. Team Management: Supervise, train, and develop store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
3. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and optimize stockroom operations.
