Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, providing product information, and assisting them with their purchase decisions.
Sales Generation: Meeting and exceeding sales targets by effectively engaging with customers and promoting products.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of the store's products and services to effectively advise customers.
Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Inventory Management: Ensuring proper stock levels, organizing merchandise displays, and assisting with inventory control.
Sales Transactions: Accurately processing sales transactions, handling cash and other payment methods.
Store Maintenance: Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
Sales Reporting: Preparing sales reports and providing feedback to management on sales performance and customer feedback.
Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members to achieve overall sales goals.
Promotional Activities: Participating in promotional events and sales initiatives to drive sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
