Job Description:

We are hiring a dedicated and energetic Tamil-speaking Tele caller to join our team at Ambattur, Chennai. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound customer inquiries, and promoting our services. If you are confident, a good communicator, and passionate about customer interaction, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Work closely with the sales/support teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in TAMIL (speaking).
• Basic knowledge of English is preferred.
• Good communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.

Work Schedule:

• Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Working Days:
• Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days
• One weekly off on any weekday (Monday to Friday)
