Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads list.
Promote services effectively to potential customers, ensuring a positive experience.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products/services.
Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Prepare and submit reports on call activity, sales, and customer feedback.
Assist in market research and provide feedback to improve the product/service offering.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in telecalling or sales roles.
Knowledge of CRM tools and customer databases.
Multilingual skills are a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus (optional).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,945.37 per month
