Job Title: Collection Telecaller (Female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a female Collection Telecaller to join our team, responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers via phone calls and messages. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and meet collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers to collect payments and negotiate payment plans

- Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional manner

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements

- Meet daily collection targets and performance metrics

- Collaborate with team members to achieve collection goals

- Stay updated on company policies, products, and services

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of financial software

- Fluency in English and one or more Indian languages (preferred)

- Previous experience in collections or customer service (preferred)

Qualifications:

- Minimum HSC/12th pass or equivalent

- Age: 20-30 years

- Female candidates only
