Job Title: Field Collection Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and disciplined Field Collection Executives to join our team. The role involves visiting customers to collect payments, recover overdue amounts, and maintain healthy customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers to collect due or overdue payments as assigned.
• Handle cash or digital payment transactions securely and maintain proper records.
• Communicate professionally with customers to resolve payment issues or disputes.
• Submit daily collection reports and update account statuses in the company system.
• Coordinate with the back-office and credit control team for account management.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients for long-term cooperation.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in collections, field recovery, or sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications for reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driver's license.
