**Job Title: Telecaller**
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to promote our products/services through outbound calls and generate leads.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Make calls to potential customers and provide product information.
- Answer queries and resolve concerns.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
- Achieve call and sales targets.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in CRM software.
