Tele Caller Executive / Receptionist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller cum Receptionist to handle front desk operations, manage incoming calls, and support the sales/marketing team through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls and greet walk-in visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain and update client databases, call logs, and visitor records.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support business development activities.
• Manage reception area – ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Assist management with day-to-day office operations when required.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, front office, or customer service roles.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Punjabi and Hindi; local language preferred).
• Good telephone etiquette and presentation.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling).
• Pleasant personality and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and calmly under pressure.
• Preferred: Experience in sales calling or client coordination will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
