Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales relationship executive to join our team. As a Sales relationship executive, you will be responsible for making both inbound and outbound calls, generating leads daily, and working to convert those leads into successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Respond to customer queries and concerns.
- Promote our food delivery services and offers
- Meet sales targets and conversion goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of the food industry and customer service experience ( desirable )
