Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and maintain strong relationships with customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer handling ability, and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Generate leads, identify potential customers, and follow up regularly.
• Maintain records of calls and update the database/CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Share feedback from customers with the sales/marketing team for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketing, or customer service executive preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English/regional languages as required).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
