Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and provide information regarding airline services and group bookings.
• Handle inbound queries and assist customers with flight-related information.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Work closely with the sales and operations team for smooth coordination.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
• Good communication skills in Hindi or English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
