Job Description

As a Telecaller at our company, your role involves making outbound calls to potential customers in order to promote our products or services. You will be responsible for clearly explaining the features, benefits, and pricing of our offerings. Additionally, you will generate leads by identifying potential customers and qualifying them as prospects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling customer inquiries, questions, concerns, and complaints effectively - Using persuasive communication skills to encourage customers to make purchases or schedule appointments - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, notes, follow-up actions, and outcomes - Proactively following up with leads to nurture relationships and drive sales - Striving to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets - Providing exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, providing information, and resolving issues - Building positive relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred for this role. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule is during the day shift, and performance and yearly bonuses are also provided. The work location is in person.
