We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to join our team at Maya Properties! As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone and promoting our services. If you have excellent English proficiency (spoken) and are proficient in MS-Office, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services and generate leads.2. Answer incoming calls and provide information about our properties and services.3. Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.4. Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.5. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.6. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule property viewings and appointments.7. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.
