Tele Caller Executive

Job Title: Telecaller Location: Andheri Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Team Leader Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and handling inbound inquiries. You will play a key role in achieving our sales and customer service goals. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales. Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve queries or provide information. Maintain customer database and update contact information regularly. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions/products/services. Follow up with leads and close sales where possible. Maintain records of calls and feedback in Excel. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or similar role preferred. Good communication skills Good convincing skills and ability to handle rejections. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations. Positive attitude and team player.
