Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller for our University Admissions team. The Telecaller will engage with prospective students, providing information on programs, admission processes, and deadlines, while guiding them through the enrollment journey. This role requires effective communication, relationship-building skills, and a commitment to helping students make informed decisions about their education.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound and Outbound Calling: Make and receive calls to/from prospective students and parents, providing information on available programs, admissions requirements, deadlines, and university facilities.
• Guidance and Support: Respond to queries regarding courses, scholarships, and other admission-related concerns, offering appropriate guidance to prospective students.
• Data Management: Accurately maintain and update a database of prospective students, tracking follow-up actions, call outcomes, and admissions status.
• Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with prospective students to encourage application completion and assist with any challenges they may face in the application process.
• Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call volumes, student interest, and application progress to the Admissions Manager.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in customer service, telecalling, or admissions.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication skills .
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with educational programs and university admissions processes is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
