Job Description

The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating qualified leads, following up with potential customers, maintaining accurate customer databases, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company’s products (premium aluminium doors & windows).
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified sales leads.
  • Explain product details, features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
  • Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, or email until conversion.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to schedule site visits and client meetings.
  • Maintain daily call reports, lead status accurately.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and follow-up targets.
  • Support marketing campaigns and events by handling inquiries generated from advertisements or social media.

  • Assist in building long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and service. Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 years in telecalling / telesales / customer service
  • Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam and English (Hindi or Tamil is an added advantage).
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, polite and confident phone manners.
  • Personality: Positive attitude, patience, persuasive communication, and team spirit

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
