Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele-callers to join our growing team at Andromeda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining financial products, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.)
• Handle inbound inquiries efficiently and convert them into leads.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Maintain and update the customer database on a daily basis.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or messages to ensure successful conversion.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer service (freshers welcome).

Skills :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation ability.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, or local language.
• Attitude: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and positive-minded.
