Job descriptions
Make outbound calls to dairy farmers, livestock owners, retailers, and distributors to promote cattle feed products.
Explain product features, nutritional benefits, and usage instructions of various cattle feed types.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales through persuasive communication.
Follow up on leads provided by the marketing or field sales team.
Maintain a detailed database of customers, calls, and follow-ups using CRM tools or Excel.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information or assistance.
Coordinate with logistics or sales teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
Collect feedback from customers to improve product offerings and service.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
Maintain a professional and positive tone in all customer interactions.
