Common Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
• Inbound Calls: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Product/Service Information: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate customer interaction records and update databases, often using CRM software.
• Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Sales Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Customer Support: Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
