Tele Caller Executive (Female )

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads or sell products/services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve queries efficiently.
• Provide detailed information about products/services to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Follow up on previous interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in [mention languages – e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
• Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
