Tele Caller Executive (Female)

JOB TITLE: Telecaller (Female) LOCATION: MG Road, Ernakulam SALARY RANGE: 12,000 - 15,000 JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products and services, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates with prior experience in telecalling will be given preference. RESPONSIBILITIES Make outbound calls to generate leads and engage with potential customers. Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Update customer information and maintain accurate records. Contribute to a positive team environment. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in telesales or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work under pressure. Experience in the electrical or utility sector.
