Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of Canva, and Social Media Handling. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining company products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound customer inquiries.
• Explain company products, services, and solutions clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls or visits for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel).
• Assist the marketing team with basic Canva designs and social media posts.
• Support digital marketing initiatives such as sharing posts, handling comments, and coordinating campaigns.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/customer support (preferred, not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and social media platforms.
• Ability to explain technical products in a simple and effective manner.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Excel.
• Positive attitude, patience, and customer-focused approach.
