Fashion World Garments Pvt. Ltd. is a leading B2B manufacturer and wholesaler of women’s ethnic and Indo-Western wear. Established in 1999, we serve boutique owners, retailers, and multi-brand outlets across India. We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our dynamic sales and customer relations team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote our latest collections and offers.
• Handle inbound inquiries from customers regarding products, prices, and orders.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact and sales information.
• Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team to close deals.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily call logs and prepare simple reports for management.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and boutiques.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of other regional languages will be an advantage).
• Pleasant voice and confident phone presence.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email, etc.).
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be preferred.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

Schedule:

Day shift (Monday to Saturday)

Experience:

Telecalling / Telesales: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
