Key Responsibilities for Telecaller :
1.Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
2.Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries.
3.Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
4.Explain the company’s products/services clearly and convincingly.
5.Maintain and update customer database and call records.
6.Follow up on previous calls and maintain a follow-up schedule.
7.Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
8.Handle customer objections effectively.
9.Provide feedback to the team leader/supervisor on customer needs and complaints.
