Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team, currently available in or around West Bengal. The role involves making outbound cold calls to potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales process. Flexibility with shift timings is essential, as the position may require working across different time zones. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential customers from provided databases.
• Introduce and explain the company's products/services to prospective clients.
• Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain a detailed record of all calls.
• Handle client inquiries and provide relevant information efficiently.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Stay updated on service features to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
• Be flexible with working hours to accommodate various shifts and time zones as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecalling, cold calling, or a similar customer outreach role.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive in conversations.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Flexible and open to working different shifts (early morning, evening, or night).
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• B.Tech background is plus.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• B.Tech background is plus.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service in same industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
