Job Description

The job involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, as well as answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries. You will be responsible for following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns, identifying customer needs, and recommending the best products or services to meet those needs. Achieving sales targets, providing accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies, and handling customer complaints professionally are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be expected to continuously enhance your knowledge of products, services, and customer handling techniques. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, fluency in English, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers are essential. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software, the ability to work both independently and in a team setting, and a positive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude are also required. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
