Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele caller Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers, providing information about our products/services, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, concerns, and interests.
Achieve assigned calling and conversion tasks as per business requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller/Telemarketer/Customer Service Executive preferred (freshers can also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
