Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Tourism Counselor to guide, assist, and support clients with travel inquiries, tourism packages, documentation, and service coordination. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, promote tourism services, and ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries related to tourism services, travel packages, and destinations.
  • Provide detailed information about tour packages, pricing, itineraries, and travel requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable tourism packages based on their preferences and budget.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with travel partners, agencies, and internal teams for bookings and confirmations.
  • Promote tourism services through outbound calls, social media communication, and marketing support.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide quick resolutions.
  • Ensure professional and positive customer experience throughout the process.
  • Support in documentation, visa processing guidance, and administrative tasks.Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).
  • 0–3 years of experience in counseling, customer service, or tourism-related roles.
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
  • Experience in travel/tourism industry is an added advantage.
