Answer phone calls and address client inquiries regarding procedures and appointment availability. Schedule appointments for consultations and treatments, ensuring efficient use of clinic resources. Maintain and update the client database with accurate information, ensuring effective communication and follow-up. Assist clients in understanding the benefits of aesthetic treatments and encourage them to book appointments, contributing to sales goals. Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining the clinic's reputation. Maintain records of all calls and client interactions, providing valuable insights for improving sales strategies.
