Tele Caller Executive

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, New Delhi | Full Time| Immediate Joiners Only

About the Role
We are hiring a proactive and energetic Telecaller Executive to manage both cold and warm leads, schedule appointments, and directly coordinate with the Co-founder of Banter Marketo. This role requires strong communication, persistence, and professionalism to ensure a high conversion of leads into meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily follow-ups with cold and hot leads.
• Explain company services clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
• Fix appointments and maintain a seamless communication flow with the Co-founder’s calendar.
• Update and maintain lead status reports regularly.
• Work closely with the sales/marketing team to improve lead conversion rates.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate in a relevant field (Fresh graduates are welcome).
• Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency are mandatory.
• Comfortable with cold calling, lead nurturing, and follow-ups.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Immediate joiners only.
