Answer incoming inquiries from interested customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi , English and local Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role is a plus. Persuasive and goal-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
