Tele Caller Executive

7eventzz is a leading event & balloon decoration company in India, helping customers celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, surprises, baby showers and more with beautiful décor at home, hotels and venues. We are growing fast and are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle daily enquiries and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and website leads from customers.
• Understand customer requirements for decoration (occasion, budget, date, time, location, theme etc.).
• Explain 7eventzz decoration packages, prices and services clearly and confidently.
• Share photos, package details and offers with customers over WhatsApp or email.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain proper record of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and bookings in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate with operations team for booking details and special customer requests.
• Provide excellent customer support before and after the event.
• Handle basic customer issues and escalate to senior team when required.
• Work towards daily/weekly targets for enquiry handling and booking conversions.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (any local language will be added advantage).
• Pleasant and polite phone etiquette; patient and customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge – WhatsApp Web, Excel, Google Sheets, email etc.
• Ability to understand customer needs and suggest suitable decoration packages.
• Comfortable with target-based work and handling high volume of calls/messages.
• Punctual, responsible and willing to learn about events and decorations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
