Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle high call volumes efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally. Maintain and update customer database with accurate information. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Explain the product or service in detail and persuade customers to make a purchase or book an appointment. Handle customer objections and resolve issues promptly. Maintain a daily record of calls and outcomes. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the manager. Must be capable of handling calls and emails. Training will be provided. Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English are required. Shift - Day shift. Freshers & Experienced both can apply.
