Tele Caller - Associate- Lending Collections

About the role: You will be responsible for meeting collection targets of the assigned branches and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines for collection agencies and in-house collections. Your main tasks will include achieving collection targets, meeting targets on the assigned product, and ensuring adherence to legal guidelines by collection agencies and in-house collectors. It will be crucial to monitor collectors to prevent fraudulent practices and uphold the Code of Conduct. Expectations/ Requirements: - Achieve collection targets of the respective Branch assigned. - Meet the target on the product assigned for Collections. - Ensure legal guidelines are complied with for the entire collection structure. - Ensure collection agencies and in-house collectors follow legal guidelines. - Adhere to the Code of Conduct. - Monitor collectors to identify and prevent fraudulent practices. - Have more than 1 year of relevant experience in Collections role. - Possess excellent Communication Skills. - Strong negotiation skills with a focus on driving results in a high-performance environment. - Strong Relationship and Leadership skills. - Working knowledge of Computers. - Growth Mindset. - Demonstrated success and achievement orientation. - Willingness to experiment and continuously improve. - Education: Graduate in any specialization. - Experience: Freshers can also apply.
