TELE Caller

Role Overview: As a TELE Caller at our company in Lucknow, you will be responsible for answering phones and providing information about our products and services to both existing and potential customers. Your role will also involve gathering customer information, resolving queries, processing orders, and maintaining customer databases. Your goal will be to suggest appropriate solutions based on customer needs and ensure a professional and timely service. Key Responsibilities: - Answering phones and explaining the products and services offered by the company - Contacting existing and prospective customers using provided scripts - Obtaining customer information and relevant data, demonstrating strong knowledge of Customer Relationship - Asking questions to understand customer specifications, being time-bound and target-oriented - Resolving queries and issues related to products and services - Taking and processing product orders professionally - Maintaining customer databases regularly - Suggesting solutions based on customer needs and requirements Qualification Required: - Graduate in any stream - Previous work experience as a Tele caller, Tele Marketer, or similar role in the Sales Department - Professional certification in sales and marketing would be advantageous - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills, ability to work in a team or individually - Capable of managing multiple tasks, outstanding problem-solving skills - Attention to detail, hard-working, good time management abilities - Strong decision-making skills, ability to handle stress and pressure Please note that the compensation for this position will be as per company norms.
