TELE CALLER

• Outbound calls: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and build rapport.
• Inbound calls: Handle incoming calls to answer customer inquiries and provide information.
• Sales and lead generation: Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, and follow up on leads.
• Customer service: Address and resolve customer complaints, questions, and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Data management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update customer information in a CRM or other database.
• Reporting: Document sales and customer interactions, and provide feedback or analysis to team leads.
• Adherence to guidelines: Follow scripts, organizational guidelines, and functional changes to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required skills and qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and the ability to persuade.
• Customer interaction: Ability to adapt communication style and handle various customer types, including challenging situations.
