Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele caller located in Chandigarh. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering queries, providing detailed information about products and services, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role also includes following up on leads, addressing customer concerns, and contributing to team sales goals.

Qualifications

Freshers-2025-2024 passout candidates

Excellent communication, telephonic conversation, and active listening skills

Customer service experience and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently

Diploma/Graduation
