As a Support Engineer - MAC at EY within the Tech Ops Career Family, you will be a skilled MacBook Engineer with expertise in managing macOS devices using Microsoft Intune and JAMF Pro. Your responsibilities will include deploying, configuring, and maintaining MacBook devices across the organization. You will ensure that macOS devices are up-to-date with the latest operating system and software patches, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and collaborate with IT teams while staying updated on industry best practices. Specific Responsibilities: - MacBook Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain MacBook devices. Ensure devices are up-to-date and troubleshoot issues. - Microsoft Intune Management: Implement and manage Intune for macOS devices to enforce security policies and software deployment. - JAMF Pro Administration: Administer JAMF Pro for macOS device management, including policy creation and inventory management. - Security and Compliance: Enforce security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies. - Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation and train end-users and IT staff. - Vendor and Software Management: Collaborate with vendors and manage software licenses related to macOS applications. - Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends related to macOS device management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in managing and supporting MacBook devices in an enterprise environment. - Strong proficiency in macOS, Microsoft Intune, and JAMF Pro. - Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Certifications in macOS, Microsoft Intune, and JAMF are a plus.
