Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 10 years of experience to lead our Guidewire ClaimCenter project in the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical leadership and hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and Guidewire Integration. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead the Guidewire ClaimCenter project as a Technical Leader, contributing to various streams of Guidewire projects. Interface, collaborate, and communicate with onsite coordinators to ensure successful project delivery. Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team to meet client expectations. Mentor the project team in executing identified projects and provide guidance on best practices. Regularly report status to Program Managers and onsite coordinators to ensure transparency and accountability. Interface with customer representatives as needed to resolve issues and address concerns. ### Job Requirements BE/BTech/MCA & MBA with a sound industry experience of 8-10 years, preferably in Insurance domain. Highly experienced and hands-on in Guidewire ClaimCenter and Guidewire Integration. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in either Personal Lines products or Commercial Lines products. Proficient in Java 8+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT. Experience with CC Financials, Claims Intake, and other areas is desirable. Strong skills in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System. Knowledge and experience with Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic is preferred. Understanding and experience of software development best practices. Excellent business communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Excellent project management skills. Experience in Guidewire implementations/upgrades/Application enhancements & support. Prior client-facing experience in the Insurance domain, specifically in Property & Casualty.
