Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Technology Support Group Leader to drive innovation, strategy, and excellence in Cloud and Infrastructure Management Services. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in leading complex IT operations across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Technology Support Group for Cloud and Infrastructure Services.
• Provide technical solution support and business innovation consulting.
• Conduct technical assessments and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Manage problem resolution and crisis situations effectively.
• Build and lead virtual communities of practice in specific technologies.
• Drive capability development across the organization.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services.
• 10+ years as a Solutions Architect in Cloud and IT Infrastructure.
• 5+ years in Problem Management and Crisis Management roles.
• Proven expertise in:
  - Cloud and Infrastructure Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) - Cloud and Infrastructure Operations Automation - Business Innovation in Cloud and Infrastructure
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech preferred).

Good-to-Have

• Experience in building and scaling Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure models.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP architecture.
• Experience in ITIL, DevOps, or SRE practices.
• Thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, or speaking engagements.
