Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change and update knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams will be essential for issue analysis and resolution, making your role pivotal in maintaining seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with operational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Datacenter Virtualization Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their applications. - Experience with cloud infrastructure and services. - Knowledge of network architecture and design principles. - Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in VMware Datacenter Virtualization Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
