Project Role : Technology Support Engineer Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution. Must have skills : Microsoft 365 Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Technology Support Engineer, you will resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components, create and implement Requests for Change (RFC), and collaborate with vendors to ensure operational stability. Your day will involve updating knowledge base articles, assisting service management teams, and analyzing and resolving issues. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Implement Requests for Change (RFC) to support effective troubleshooting. Update knowledge base articles. Assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components. Experience in incident and problem resolution. Knowledge of service management processes. Familiarity with vendor collaboration. Hands-on experience in updating knowledge base articles. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft 365. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
