Technology Support - Broking

We are looking for Tech Operations Leads for below job roles with a relevant experience of 9 - 12 years for our Business Continuity Planning team in Bangalore.

1. Lead - Application Support

1) Managed E2E support of Broking applications

2) Knowledge of ITIL - L1, L2 and L3 support

3) Exposure of support tools - JIRA, Manage Engine D365 etc.

4) Awareness of BCP and DR activities

5) Good in Communication and Presentation

6) Handson on 3rd tier and Ntier architecture

7) Expertise in trouble shooting with TAT/SLA

2. Lead - Back Office Support

1) Knowledge of BOD/EOD activities performed in Broking industry

2) Exposure of atleast one BO product - TCS, Omnesys, CLASS etc.

3) Experience in handling integration related issues

4) Awareness of Backend processes – Cron jobs, windows and linux schedulers

5) Good at vendor management and communications

6) Excellent in trouble shooting PROD issues

7) Worked on automated tools – Control M, CP etc.

3. Lead - Exchange Support

1) Expertise in IML, TAP and MCX exchanges

2) Knowledge of connectivity between Broker and Exchange

3) Handled DR and mock session of exchanges

4) Good in communication and trouble shooting

5) Manage Support and Incidents
