Hi, PFB JD for your reference Experience - 4+years(relevant) Work Location - Hyderabad Looking for immediate joiners Windows Administrator/ O365/Messaging- L2 level on managing maintaining on-premises Active Directory Knowledge on Microsoft Entra connect for on-premises identity synchronization with Azure AD and SSO. Advanced troubleshooting skills on AD and Office 365. PowerShell scripting skills for various Office 365 admin tasks and reporting. eDiscovery to advance mailbox search. on-premises Exchange server hybrid with Office 365. Basic knowledge on various antispam and mail flow. Advanced knowledge on Autodiscover, SPF, DKIM, public DNS management. Knowledge on other Office 365 options like conditional access policies, Application SSOetc. Managing and Configuring our Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online Online, Teams and host of other products provided by Microsoft. Candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and security configuration of our Office 365 instance. Monitor the service health and performance of Office 365 and all its products and take proactive measures to prevent or mitigate issues. Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with company policies. Configure and manage security settings and compliance features to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance. Perform regular backups of data and systems and develop and test disaster recovery plans. Stay updated on new features and capabilities, and plan and execute upgrades and migrations as needed. Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Write and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and configurations. Train and support end users on the use of Office 365 applications and features. Conduct research and make recommendations on new products and solutions to improve productivity and efficiency. Azure Admin - High Availability and Disaster Recovery Backup and Recovery Automation and Scripting Azure DevOps Configuring and managing Azure resources to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security. Handling complex support tickets and issues that require troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Implementing and maintaining infrastructure monitoring and logging solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations. Ensuring compliance with organizational and industry security standards.
